Our aim is to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible; furniture (including Cots, Cot Beds, Wardrobes etc) are normally despatched within 24 hours on a Next Day Delivery Service, other items are sent via the Home Delivery Network or Royal Mail and are normally delivered within 2 to 3 days from despatch. If your order is expected to take more than 5 working days for despatch we will email you to let you know of the delay.

Babywise mattresses are made to order and can take up to 5 working days before they are ready to be despatched, Tutti Bambini orders take between 7 to 14 working days to be despatched with delivery within 3 working days of the date of despatch unless otherwise specified and they will contact you on the number provided before despatch to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Tutti Bambini Room Sets that included on site assembly are usually delivered within 4 to 8 weeks and you will be contacted around a week before delivery is due to arrange a convenient time. 

All pre-order lead time are estimates based on the latest information available from the manufacturer and are subsequent to change, we will keep you updated as soon as we are informed of any delays.

Stock Availability

In order to provide such a wide stock range it is not possible for us to stock every product shown and some products are delivered direct from the manufacturer. 

We can therefore not always 100% guarantee stock availability, however we do check stock levels with manufacutrers on a daily basis.

Delivery

Delivery is charged from £2.95 per order with free delivery on orders over £200

You can use our delivery cost estimator in your shopping basket by selecting your delivery area from the list and selecting 'Get Quote' and the cost of your delivery will then be displayed.

All deliveries require a signature; if you are not in when delivery is attempted then you will be left a card informing you of how to arrange a re-delivery or collection from the local depot. Our carriers are unable to deliver orders to PO boxes(mail fowarding addresses). If your order is returned to us as un-deliverable/refused delivery then you will be charged  to cover delivery and administration costs, if the order has been sent from us this will be no more than £15, if your order was being delivered direct from our supplier you will be responsible for their return charges. A returned order from Tutti Bambini will be charged at £25 for cots/cot beds and other single pieces of furniture, furniture sets are charged at 3 piece £50, 5/6 piece £80 and 7/8 piece £125. If you have a failed collection for items being returned under our returns policy you will also be charged upto a maximum of £25 per collection attempt.

Please inspect all parcels before signing for your delivery and mark any damages/shortages on the delivery note. If you are unable to check your items before signing then you must sign for the delivery as 'unchecked' or 'damaged' failure to do so will prevent any claim for shortages or damage at a later date.

Carrier Damaged/Returned Goods

Consignments sent via our transport or carriers arriving late or with missing damaged goods

No claims can be entertained for damage or missing goods that have been signed for as ‘Received in Good Condition’, when you sign for your order you are stating that the goods have been received in full and a good condition.

All deliveries are insured for any damage or loss incurred during transit however in order for any claim to be made for damage or missing items during the delivery process you must first inspect all items being delivered for damage and that all items/boxes shown on the delivery note are present before signing for the delivery. Any damaged or missing items should be either noted on the delivery note or delivery refused. Before you refuse to accept the delivery, check if the contents of the box are damaged and not just the box, if an order is returned where delivery has been refused and the actual contents of the box are not found to be damaged then return delivery charges will apply at the rate at which we are charged by the courier. If you are unable to inspect your delivery for damage/missing items you must sign the delivery note as 'UNCHECKED' or 'DAMAGED' before accepting the delivery.

Any delivery that has been received as damaged or with items missing must be notified to us in writing by sending an email to delivery@laceysonline.co.uk within 24 hours of taking delivery. Failure to sign for goods as 'unchecked' or 'damaged' and then contacting us via email (at the email address shown above) within 24 hours of delivery will invalidate any claim for loss of goods or damage incurred.

Whilst Lacey’s Baby Co. Ltd make every effort in good faith to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

No consequential liability can be accepted for goods delivered late or damaged via our transport or our carriers.
